When you run the test on the flat monitor will it affect your score.. Cause i ran the test on my Viewsonic VP912b.. I got 5230.. i was like no way.. i can get easily 6000 with my system specs.. look at my system specs below in signature.. and tell me .. what caused me to get 5230
 
Not your monitor. You would get the same score whether your monitor is plugged in or not.

Did you have any other programs running in the background?
 
All the scores that are around 5800 and the liek are using the Catalyst 4.10 beta (8.07) drivers. You must be using Cats 4.9 or 4.8
