Is there any PS that can run 2 motherboards as in has 2 24pin cables?
 
I haven't seen any 24 pin splitter, but there are plenty of 20 pin ones out there.

Then just buy a beefy enough PSU that can put out enough amps to support 2 PCs. I run my 2 IPCop boxes (I have 2 internet connections) off of 1 PSU.
 
The Dell XPS 700 desktop has a 1000w PSU with two ATX power connectors. Both are used in the system, so I have no idea how it's hooked up or if it's usable like you want. This post is for information only. :)
 
I doubt you could use a Dell PSU on a non-Dell mobo, their mobo's and PSU's are proprietary for Dell only.
 
Very early. My work machines are all P4 Dell 4600's and they all use standard PSU's...
