What is the best ~1 liter case available? What is the best heatsink to use in these cases? I'm only including cases that can handle CPUs of 35w and up (no NUCs or the like).

The available options I know of are the Silverstone PT13B, the HP ProDesk Mini, and the Shuttle Q170. Do you know of any other similar options?
