1 HD dead + 3 TEC Warnings within 24 hrs?

The following is my current system specifications:

I7 930 2.8ghz
12 gig ram
windows 7 ultimate x64
2 GTX 460
Corsair AX850
1 intel x25 80gig HD
4 Western Digital Green 2TB
1 Western Digital Green 1TB

Within 24 hours 1 2tb western digital greens died and 2 2tb western digital green in SMART indicated a TEC estimate of less than 24 hours.

I've had and used all of these hard drives for about 2 years. What can I possibly do to diagnose what's causing these quick and rather alarming hard drive failures?
