+1 for XFX RMA service

Hey guys. I wanted to relate a good experience with XFX's RMA service since normally people only come post when they're pissed at a company.

I have 4+ year-old GTX260 Black Edition that has made its way through 3 systems that recently went unstable on me and started hard crashing my system at ~60°C. I put a ticket in at the XFX site and, after explaining the troubleshooting steps I had already accomplished, recieved a RMA approval the next day. I appreciated that the support tech did not treat me like an idiot and did not make me repeat troubleshooting steps.

I shipped it in, and 4 days later they had declared it faulty and had a HD4890 in the mail back to me. This is my first RMA experience, so maybe this is normal, but I was prepared for a multi-week wait for a video card to come back.
