They will give you an RMA without making you jump through all kinds of (have you tried this?) hoops.

Turn around is about 2 days from the time they receive the faulty card.

Second time I have had to RMA to them. Both times were super easy and replacement card is in like new condition.
 
VisionTek's support is actually (I would consider) the best of what AMD gou's have to offer today. I like to think of them as the EVGA for nvidia equivalent for AMD.
 
Good to know. My old ATI 9500 Pro was a VisionTek model IIRC. Never had issues with it... good times
