anniversary update

This workstation is running W10 AU and my server is running WSE 2012 (NOT R2) and now the Connector software is reporting a version mismatch. I'm seeing lots of errors in the System event log about WSE services not starting, and errors in the Application event log as below in the spoiler...

My two pcs at home don't show the Anniversary Update at all, otherwise they're both fully updated. It's been available since 2nd August. I could manually install it, but I'm wondering why it hasn't auto-installed yet. Also, have the initial 'issues' reported with the update been resolved?

CS:GO was locked into 30 fps. Through searches it was discovered that this is related to Game DVR in the Xbox app. But other games still have problems, and the one that comes to mind is that quitting a full screen game won't return to desktop. Just a black screen without Alt+Tab or Alt+Esc or...
