For those of you interested, there is a 21 minute video showing off the complete Dead Space 3 demo from E3. The whole thing looks cool but the drop-in / out co-op is what we are looking forward to.
 
Hate to be the developers. These sort of demos delay them and make them go nuts.
 
I'm confused...if I play just single player will I have a A.I. partner or something?

Did you watch the video? He says outright that the co-op guy is only there when a player drops in. Plus, you can see that the co-op guy is not there in the first part of the video until he invites someone for co-op
 
I dunno, seems to me they turned the Dead Space style into a Gears of War clone, why drop their brand new horror genre and go with one many other games are covering?

Well I guess it's too early to tell for sure, but the gameplay clips didn't seem "scary" to me.
