Laptop is in near perfect condition. No scratches, dents - has never been dropped. Works flawlessly. Has virtually unnoticable wear on the top cover behind LCD from rubbing in the zero shock case - ie: it has about a 1/2 " grey stain on both corners if the LCD is shut on the white finish...

It is fairly easy to refresh back to stock firmware....sooo...I dont see how it could be such a huge issue warranty wise. Unless ofcourse you were physically unable to flash back...then perhaps there is a problem! :) Have fun

You cant run OS-X on non-apple hardware at the moment without some emulator... You can, in theory, run windows on the mac hardware...though I dont recall reading if anyone has been successful with it yet. Devin
