Water cooling the NB is not necessary, unless you are doing it for noise, but if you got the block go for it. I watercooled mine ;)

Watercooling is worth it to me since it is so much quiter now. My HDD is now the loudest thing in my case. 3x120mm fans that are thermaly controlled are better then the POS 7000RPM chipset fan.

Bah, how wants a smally 2x120mm rad when you can go 3x120mm on a stacker. :D I would go with the largest case you feal comfortable with. You really need to decided if you want 2x80mm, 1x120mm, 2x120mm, 3x120mm. That will tell you what case you should start looking for.
