Wouldn't it be in the best interest of the population for federally developed internet tubes, with private companies assigned to provide maintenance?
I think its time to try to align utilities & puplic works with technological infrastructure that is now inherently necessary in our times.
Actually I prefer that kids not play these games, especially when it comes to online multiplayer where childish antics (re: bad behavior) are more often than not caused by these younger players.
Great game, currently only played through the Mall level, and I couldn't believe the increased difficulty due to a better mixture of special infected & hordes of zombies attacking. Gripes about the AI teamates are true, they tend to want a slower pace and don't have good healing habits.

I got my 3007 monitor refurb last week with the right cable, only I have an issue. Sometimes when there are pictures with a lot of black there are green dots flickering on the black areas only. Is this normal? Its not all the time,. but I am worried it may get progressively worse.
WOuld there be any difference between buying the Intel EE edition versus the Core 2 QUAD Q6600?
I am interested in buying a laptop for gaming (will add SLI when avail.) and don't want to regret any missed component. Thanks, you have a great rig!:)
I want to setup a SFF for the living room, dedicated to storing and playing MP3's. Any suggestions for a mobo with a good audio solution, or do I also have to incorporate a top tier sound card? Any suggestions for parts welcome, I am still in the process of scavenging :D
I have an ATI X1800XT currently, and was wondering if I should complete the crossfire setup. Not many places sell the x1800 master card, only place I could find is here for 300 bux. So my question is should I pony up the money or put it in another video card. Thanks.:D
Last time I called I went to a service center in India WTF?!?!
I will try again in hopes that its not the hardware or software on the laptop causing the problem.
I have tried to connect a new HP laptop to the cable internet we have at home. The connection comes straight out of the modem, no router. The connection is detected, but I can't seem to go through to the internet. Other programs have tried to access for updates (Norton, windows) but can't go...
In regards to being able to run x-fire without the dongle, would it be possible to run 2 normal x1800xt's flashed to PE and run them in crossfire without the dongle? I am asking because the x1800 master card is hard to find and expensive. Sorry if this is off-topic :)
I'm curious about your overclocking results, did you notice any stuttering or any problems between using one video card versus crossfire? I'm considering getting the master card and am curious about system stability. Thanks.
As an owner of said motherboard, its conforting to know that you guys also experienced a pretty good motherboard as well. I wish to reach the high fsb speeds and thanks to your review I know exactly the ram sticks I should use. Overall an excellent review, hats off to you guys, keep up the good...
Kudos to Brent and Kyle for a great review. I have to admit I only play CS:S and that already runs great. If I was to sell my current x1800xt to upgrade, I'm still wondering if that would be a worthwhile investment. I can't think of another game that I would play using high res with all eye...
IMHO I think they will conduct their next tests with feedback from their last review (1800 CF) in mind. If not, well thats just as fine.
There are lots of variables now that need to be addressed, such as testing the Ati cards of Nvidia controlled mobos, and vice versa. Conclusions about the...
I'm having thoughts of selling my x1800xt and getting a 1900xtx, but my decision is pending a good review over here at [H]. Brent and Kyle, don't fail me now!!
BTW its IMHO that the only way to really have a conclusive benchmark would be to run the new gen of vid cards (x1900, G71)...
Damn dude, i was thinking about flashing my board, but I think Imma hold off.
As for solutions to your problem, it seems you've tried everything you could. Next step is to RMA the mobo and get another one.
I have a question regarding the reference board, will there be any differences between that and say the Asus A8R-MVP board which uses the ULI southbridge chipset? Thanks!
This problem sounds familiar. Format your computer, this will eliminate any doubts about software. PSU requirements would be visible, from previous builds, prior to running any application. My PSU have 20A 12V rails, my rig runs fine. Hope you fix your comp!
I think it was a good article for at least those people who have a partial crossfire setup (like me) and need an idea of what the benefits of going to crossfire will be like. I'm still wondering if I should skip out on crossfire for this series (X1800) and wait for R580.
Anyways keep up the...
I currently have a single card, hoping to upgrade soon. I installed the drivers only, 5.13, no ccc. I also installed ati tools 0.25v11 beta. Any other version messes up my rig. I'm wondering if its a good idea to o/c now with stock coolers or upgrade cooling. Either way, couldn't be happier gaming.
I wouldn't have posted if I needed help finding it :p
What happens is that when I try to run ATi Tool v. 0.24 it shows no reading for memory or GPU frequencies. If I try to scan for artifacts it locks my computer up. There is a beta version of ATI tool that is supposed to fix this problem...
