Are the mounting holes, used for head sinks, the same on the 7800 cards as they are on the 6800 cards? I have a home made cooler for my 6800 I really like. Is it possible it will be able to move to a 7800?

Using the BIOS means a reboot between every increment. Using Clockgen, one can increment a Mhz at a time while running Prime95 to test limits. It would take days using the BIOS. I'll check the CD for the Asus AI software and see if that works.

What tools are you using to overclock your A8N32? I usually use Clockgen, but it does not work with the new nForce4 chipset on the A8N32. What other utilities are there to change the HTT in windows? Craig

Thanks kunsunoke. It worked perfectly. In addition to uninstalling the nForce drivers, I uninstalled the AC97 drivers for the integrated sound.

I know plextor makes a SATA CD/DVD drive, but why are they the only one? Why are they so unpopular? It seems like all hard drives are migrating towards SATA. Legacy PATA is only around to satisfy CD/DVD drives. Can anyone guess why that is? Craig
