frozencpu used to have them, no longer. Would prefer a 3.5" but will settle for a 5.25". no need for a four fan unit as two would be enough. This is for a custom application (heated clothing for a motorcycle) which is why it needs to be able to handle a high load.

you havent mentioned going through every single option in the bios, go through it, then do it again. Most likely either an overclock or some other failure reset your bios to default.

stupid question but is the board in a case or is it lying outside a case on a table or something? are some contact points touching metal?

or that other tube could have been fake AS5 (even if you ordered both from the same place) I had a few fake tubes before, side by side you can barely tell the difference.

man I dig the case, it just bugs me that I can't use any 5.25" device other than optical with it. sucks because I think the qpack and microfly are utter trash and there isn.t much else around. My dual 5.25" SFF is a Morex Venus case that I modified to hold a shuttle mobo.

unless your trying to drive something like a Dell 30" LCD then you need a card that is capable of dual link. (just because a videocard has two dvi outputs doesnt mean it can handle duallink)
