WTB PCI GFX card w HDMI (ATI HD 5450 or similar)

Need a PCI card, yes, PCI, not PCI-e or express. It also must be ATI as an Nvidia card will not allow my on board graphics to work in conjunction with a PCI card.

Also, the HD 5450 is [usually] a narrower card where the third VGA connector is on a cable, a full height card will not work in my custom case unless it's in the last slot.
