You can download a legacy driver for the 3.5G model (latest driver is v. 3.05), but I do not believe it's compatible with DeathAdder 2013. If you don't want to use Synapse with the 2013 mouse, you're stuck with Microsoft Windows drivers. So I hear. :) -HM

What did they say you didn't do correctly? I have never had a company deny me a rebate. I just follow the instructions carefully, make copies of everything I send, and track progress through the website (a nice feature that I wish existed in the 90s). -HM
