Would a 550w antec power supply be sufficient enough to run a geforce 5950 ultra video card and everything else?...if not then could anyone suggest anything better plz..thx

So i was playing a game when all of a sudden my monitor loses signal...so i restart and still no signal...i swap out video cards and still no signal...try moving ram out taking some out still nothing...any help would be appreciated specs are: p4 3.0ghz 80 gig hard drive ide 1.5k mb sdram...

i am having problems with a new computer i built...at first it was working fine...but when i came home it started messing up...when i start the comp up sometimes it will go to a screen that says insert bootable media and sometimes it will go to the windows boot screen but give me a blue screen...
