Many of the IKEA products are now available on Amazon with free shipping.
Prices will usually be higher than from IKEA website, but the free shipping usually makes up for it.
If you don't live close to an IKEA store, then this may be an option.
Torchlight for $3.74
Nicely done Diablo clone, for less than a coffee at Starbucks.
Plays well on even low end laptops.
Just buy it.
Torchlight 2 - $9.99
Better than Diablo 3 for 1/6th the price.
These 2 are a no-brainer for anyone who likes Diablo type games
and has not tried this franchise.
48 here. You damned kids get off my lawn ;)
Started with text based rpg's on neighbors Apple IIc,
bought a Commodore 64,
then an Amiga 1000 (sold that to buy wifes engagement ring), 286 with EGA card, 386, 486, Pentium 3..... Etc. Upgrade cycle every 2-3 years.
I recommend getting a EVGA if you can.
I would avoid PNY, due to their warranty policy.
If you buy a GTX 680, and it dies 2 years from now, then you could possibly be screwed if
a GTX 680 is no longer available in their product line.
Their "lifetime" warrany is defined as follows...
requiem99, based on your previous experiences, I can understand why you would be pissed.
However, that does not alter the fact that this, as it currently bundled, appears to be a pretty decent purchase for $15.
Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition - $14.99 at Amazon Downloads
Dragon Age Origins (great game IMHO), Awakening Expansion and this is supposed to include codes for all 9 DLC.
Seems well worth fifteen bucks.

"Computer, run Councelor Troy and Dr. Crusher program. Engage!"
I have the HAF 932, and it has alot of things going for it.
LOTS of room, nice cable management, great airflow.
However, the damn thing weights a ton.
I used the HAF 912 for my kids build last year.
It was a nice compromise on price, size, and functionality.
The ASUS P8Z68-V is a very...
Well, I finally pulled the trigger on some of my upgrade.
I went with a I7-2600K setup (rather than I5-2500k).
This was mainly due to a Newegg combo for free BF3 with i7-2600k purchase.
I was going to buy BF3 anyhow, so why not spend 30 bucks more out of pocket and get the
I7 processor...
Hey guys, I am trying to help a friend put together a $800 gaming build
and need some assistance on the best bang for the buck.
I am trying to lean him towards Intel Based system,
this will give option to upgrade to I5-2500k at future date when more cash comes in.

I'm in total agreement with Insula.
"In this roundup Neoseeker has four motherboards on the chopping block"
That at least implies that one or more will not make the cut.
I read the article - “Everybody’s a winner, YAAAAY!” and had a WTF moment.
Danny, I have quick question regarding your motherboard recommendation.
Given that video editing is involved,
would a Z68 Motherboard, with the QuickSync be a better long term option?
Need suggestions for upgrading my main gaming rig.
My Q9550 is 3 years old, and will be re-purposed.
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
New upcoming games, such as Skyrim,
existing games, such as modded Oblivion, DragonAge 2 with the graphics...
I am looking for a replacement video card to help extend the life of my current rig.
Currently running a NVIDIA GTX 260 and Q9550 overclocked to 3.4 Ghz (see sig).
Tried a NVIDIA GTX 460 last year, but I had DPC latency issues with it and my
socket 775 MB. So it went into my son's...
One of my co-workers bought a Thinkpad W510 several months ago (predecessor to the W520).
Its a beast of a machine, built like a tank, and has one of the nicest keyboards I have ever seen on a laptop.
I plan on buying T series Thinkpad for my daughter when she goes off to college in a few...
