    hi i am currently using a cat5 crossover to connect my cable modem to my router and a cat5 from my router to pc i'm wondering if using the crosover from modem to router is bad? and also should i upgrade to cat5e? or 6? would i notice a difference? and where would be a good place to get them...

    Turning on PC w/o a case?

    there's usually a group of pins near the bottom of the motherboard where you plug all those small wires into...just gotta figure out what goes where....sometimes they're labeled in very small letters so you can tell what is what....sometimes not....if they arent labeled then get the model number...
