First.. I doubt the song is MIDI, in a DvD menu. :-) DVD Shrink will allow you to rip just the menu as a seperate "DVD" Then, mount that DVD (.iso) with daemons tools. Load up Xmpeg, and rip the audio to wav. Edit audio accordingly

Sata II controllers are all backwards compatible to sata I drives. Oddly enough, Sata II drives can also run on Sata1 controllers. Just, not with SataII features.

Funny.. I usually run 30-50 GB c:\ (depends on drive size.. a 200 or less is 30gb.. anything over 200gb is 50gb for C:\

IT depends on where that 20 gigs of free space is.. E:\? or C:\ How much free space do you have on C:\ ? You could have 500gigs free on auxilliary drives.. but if you are at 10mb empty space on C:\... it could be problematic..

You are correct to talk about verifying, however, as.. the motherboard in the computer IN THE PHOTO is not the same one as I linked to (notice the pci-e x 1 slot & 2 pci's versus the 3 pci's..)
