Around $100, give or take, if I can be persuaded to take the latest feature. Not too sure about WMP -- do you feel like the apps are plentiful on WMP? That's really my only concern. Edit: No real budget set in mind, if a damn good phone can be had for $200, sure.

:D I've got three Geo Metros. I've gotten them all for incredible prices ranging from $1,200 in 2006, $750 in 2010 and $700 in 2013. All came with free spare parts and even upgrades. That $1,800 price is </3. Some people simply ask high, you just need to talk them down to what's reasonable.
