    Good mousepad

I beat the hell out of a Ratpadz for many years but it finally domed up. My usage changed and I wanted a much bigger surface, so I went with the Steelseries Qck+. I got a couple of them on sale and I've been using them for the last few years now. No complaints, but I really just surf now; no...

Question You are subscribed to this thread Advice: Graphics Card for a Shuttle

Thanks guys!:) Would I be able to handle that 9800GT on a stock power supply? I've seen guys run 8800GTs with out much trouble, but it seems like a 9800 might be a bit of a stretch. Thoughts?

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a new graphics card for a Shuttle SG31G2 V2 (was using onboard before). I wont be doing much gaming, but will be doing occasional work in Photoshop/Illustrator. Basic requirements: - must have a single slot cooling solution - pci-e - quiet - hdmi output -...

Shuttle PSU, Netgear FS116NA switch, TV Tuner

I'm parting with my collection of ACTS era CoolerMaster cases. These cases are probably the cleanest and best looking cases ever on the market. All cases are in mint condition and come with all parts that they shipped with, as well as original packaging. They're rare, and prices are firm. I'm...

    Color Laser or Normal Printer?

the 315 looks good, but if shes doing a lot of colour printing, at 4ppm it may drive her nuts. the 610 doesnt look that bad (amazon link) and if shes printing enough to kill a few printers a year, it may be worth the added iinvestment.

Most comfortable mouse you ever had?

maybe i'm just used to it, but my mx rev seems to suit me perfectly. in general, logitech mice have always suited me better than microsoft ones. i'm using a starck mouse right now, and honestly, its the worst mouse i've ever used. i can't understand why this damn thing was ever produced.

you can either clamp it to the side of the desk or clamp it to the galant underframes. be sure to double check if your case can fit in its holder. its a fixed width and it may not accommodate some wider cases.

yea it is, its why i picked it up to begin with. on the case itself there are spots for regular feet, but instead its got this base thing attached.

these old cases have been kickin around in my closet for ages now. i had designs to mod them both, but school and work did wonders in sapping my ambition. the tower admittedly isn't that retro, but the at case next to it is.

Ikea as-is as well. It didn't have all of its tension springs or a base, but I managed to find substitutes in the garage. I think it only set me back $5 or so. I just looked at the lamps ikea has now. i cant say any of them really do anything for me. they also dont seem to have anything...

    Ikea desk gallery

I put this desk together for a work area in my basement. Back in uni someone was throwing out a jerker frame so I rescued that. I then hit the As-Is section and found this massive table top thing. its top was some ghastly shade of orange, but the bottom (now top) is a bit more presentable...

Nice tablet you got there. Also, are you gonna leave those rear channels where they are? You got the space, you could move them to the edges of the desk and get the most out of that 5.1 setup. Also, try stitching the shots together with autostitch. I just did it for my room pano and it...

Heres my Jerker setup from Uni. I'm back to my old Galant (I'll post pics later), but my mother decided to use it in her office and shes quite happy with it. (the image is distorted because I cropped it from a panorama of the whole room)

Thanks =o) No art here (I do sketch on occasion tho). I got really used to using a drafting table at work and needed a versatile surface for when i was just kickin' it at home, so it seemed like a good choice. Its nice for drawing, good for reading and makes a good workbench. I do have a...
