If #3 is it's need to be done then that's easy. We are just shorting R358 with R359. I guess we just put a piece of solder across the two joints. I need to see some samples to confirm this. Thanks.

What exactly are we doing when doing the mod? Is it? 1) Moving the resistor R358 to R359? 2) Just short the open R359? 3) Crossing the solder from R358 to R359? I cannot find any clearly stated information on EXACTLY what to do? What exactly is move R358 to R359 means? Thanks.

I have the Asus P6T and the it max out at around 214. However, I have only been able to get it to 200. Anything higher will get BSOD. So it seems 4Ghz is the highest I could get to with this board. So I will say another 400Mhz with the X5650. Will I see a big increase in processor...

If upgrading to X5650 will give me 400Mhz more, but the trade off is 95W vs 60W. I kind enjoy the lower current draw. Will this makes a huge difference with the additional 400Mhz? I found one for $75. Thanks.
