I had the same problem with an old K6, luckely the hs worked with the mb.

they wont give you a refund. Its bascially a bait and switch, i can almost guarentee that anyone who orders a 3500 is upgraded to a 3600, it is why thay can afford to offer the lowest price on the 3500s
