Anyone know if apple allows developers to create apps which access the camera on the iPad/iPhone?

Do any manufactures still produce laptops with 4:3 aspect ratio? I'm in the market for something in the 14" range. After 3 years dealing with a 12.1" widescreen and trying to read PDFs and powerpoint slides on it, I am sick of widescreen. Completely illogical for my uses (school).

I have had the iphone 2g for the last 2 years on tmobile. I unlocked/JB'ed it with ziphone and winpwn previously. However now that I have 3.0, it is unlocked, but not JB. I want to upgrade to 3.1.2 for mms, anyone know of any easy to read/understand program to both unlock and JB?

im not exactly sure what you mean. If you're talking about the sidebar, you can keep it there permanently by right clicking the bar and checking "put on top of other windows" or something to that effect also, to get the bar to pop up, you can do winkey + space
