Windows setup will take care of all the partitioning for you. If you don't care about accessing the machine remotely using remote desktop, encrypting the drive using bit locker, or joining a domain, home will work just fine.

Just used their queuing system. I have 1 evga account and my friend has six. I bought three of those cards, one per house hold per card type. He bought the rest. Fun fact 3 x 3090 hybrid cards are difficult to install in one machine, but possible.

As I've been helping my friends/coworkers upgrade their machines, I've had no issue getting cards from EVGA. No bots, just paying MSRP, most of these card were purchased this month.

I'm seeing odd issues related to remote desktop with these drivers. On a clean boot connecting to my machine over RDP works fine. If I first log in locally, then later make connection using RDP, I get black screen or redraw issues in the remote session and have to restart the machine.

Likely, but since I didn't baseline before installing the card so I don't have a good reference. CPU Temps with a H115i on Ryzen 3900X hit high 70s so I suspect with my current case layout it was likely having a moderate impact on CPU temps.

Not a single auto notify fired for me, I'm not sure how useful they will be for the 3090s. I will eventually get a hybrid 3090, but I have no idea how far after launch EVGA will release them.

Not yet, but my card got charged and I got the final order confirmation just before midnight last night. The long amount of time it took them to both charge and confirm my order does lend some credibility to their statement that they are manually review orders IMO.

Well I'm now at 100% failure rate for the three I originally purchased. 1 leaked in the box 2 failed this week with temps nearing 100c under load. Starting the RMA process tonight on these. At least I've had zero equipment loss, just lost productivity.

It looks like liquid originated around one of the torx screws attaching the cold plate. Along with the corrosion around the screw there was liquid under the protective sticker.

Regardless of cause, I'm bummed to see them go. Their cases were amazing, well built and well designed. I was considering them for my next personal machine, but when the tariffs kicked in I saw the lead times sky rocket and it took forever for the last case I ordered to arrive. Oh well.
