    Total parts takes it to $237.00, then there would be my time to cut and prepare the extrusion.....I would say add $100 to that for my time, plus shipping to you. Thank you! No worries, thank you for your input, it's much appreciated! Will try on the next case, coming up in about a week...

    Ahhh, got it! I did use a laser to cut the wood...it's 1/4" decorative plywood and I do have a mitre table on hand. I'll give it a go and see how it turns out! Thanks everyone!

    The wood case is just about done. Just need to add some filter material to the front intake panel. I'll start a work log on it and see how the cable management pans out. There is 20mm of space behind the motherboard as well as the space under the psu cover to hide cables.
