Been looking and reading for about a week and i just cant pull the trigger on anything. I prefer gaming on smaller screens. I want something to put on the L section of my desk. I will be using it for 90% console exclusives and maybe 10% movies. I will be using mostly a 360, PS3, ogPS4, and my...
Cool. Where did you buy the board? Want one but i dont want to wait (or pay a ton in shipping) months from China. Might just have to go with a normal board :/
I was aware but thanks :D
EDIT: how is the board working out for you?
EDIT2: Do you need to power all the AUX power ports or is it just for cards what dont have their own 6/8pins? I would be running 6 x EVGA 1060 6GB SC (The mini ones)
Hmm.. i might try it then. With "premium" shipping heh

I'm not choosing it for it shnazzy DDR4 capability lol. Its the cheapest board i can find, from a good brand, with evidence of 6 GPUs working. Doesn't hurt that 1151 CPUs are cheaper than 1150 here either. Although DDR4 is more expensive hehe :)
Yea none of the setting everyone talks about are in my BIOS. I might as well just buy some new stuff. Probably gonna go with a ROG STRIX B250H. Was looking at the BIOSTAR TB85 but I cant bring myself to buy Biostar even if it is only $75 CAD right now.
Would these PCIE splitters have any problems on an old motherboard? I have 4 1060s running on an old https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EP45-UD3R-rev-11#ov and have been wanting to go for 6 cards. One of these would be MUCH cheaper than a new MB/CPU/RAM.
Are these boards any good if you can get a new one cheap? I'm reading a lot of reviews on newer Biostar mining boards being pretty trash and even catching fire!
Looking to get a 6 card rig set up as cheap as possible for ROI reasons. Would just buying any cheap board and 2 of these work...
Well, It's a decent monitor. Great colors and all that. It definitely ghosts/smears more than is ideal. Does all the things in the videos above if you really look for or try and find it in places you know it will happen. Not something you would see much in real gaming. I could deal with it IF it...
Wow, that is one expensive monitor you got there!
I just found some old pics i took of a 24inch 768p TV i used to game on. I got it for free. I played a ton of games on it and didnt notice any problems until i took some snaps with my iphone.

Hehe. Well i will have to wait and see. I hate IPS glow more than ghosting so it might be an ok trade off for me. If it is unbearable i will try the Vizio. I dont see Iiyama XB2783 available anywhere in Canada. Failing that.. i duno. I guess i will buy 4 of the same IPS panels and return the 3...
Crazy. I have gamed on many a VA TV in the past and never noticed any problems.. I just ordered the cheap BenQ 27in since the sale was ending. If i can't live with it i will return it. Has to be faster then a 90ms TV! hehehe
This was the TV i was gonna buy...
I am looking for a cheap medium/small sized display to be used mostly for console games and the odd movie/TV show. I HATE TN color shift and i HATE IPS glow and BL bleed. So, VA is very appealing to me. Reading reviews on the Benq GW2760HS (cheapest 27 inch i can find at $199CAD) it's got great...
