Not to say these are bad fans, as they're not, but...
Arctic P12 PWM fans are hands-down the best cooling fans you can get if price matters.

5 pack for 31$ and they're absolutely stellar performers. (No...
Terrible deal. That's a 100 buck PSU at most?
That 1660 is not worth over 300 bucks in any world.
Edit: Google says that PSU is around 50 bucks.
That GPU is doubly not worth 375 bucks.
I need an ITX Board to use for test fitting things in a case I'm building.
But I don't wanna risk the real one to a drill / other tools. So, I want a dead board instead, so I don't feel bad when I inevitably break something on it.
It doesn't need anything special, I just need the motherboard...
I wouldn't dig too hard for secondhand SSDs, when Amazon has 240GB drives for sub-30$.

Ebay can't always predict shipping charges. Especially over larger or oversized items.
But a GPU that weighs under 5 lbs? They know it doesn't cost 1000$ to ship. (Esp since tracking info can tell package sizes, etc.)
Looking to buy an mITX board for an intel 7th gen CPU.
Reqs: At least 1 NVME Slot, and PCI-E Slot
Overclocking is unimportant, as the CPU is non-k
What'cha got sitting in a box at this point?
you could also try it in a top-down config.
Intake from the top 3 fans, and exhaust at the back / bottom. (It also looks like there's a fan mount between the PSU and the HDD Cages at the very bottom of the case)
The simple answer? You're in a very small minority.
Most computers don't even have / need an optical drive, let alone space to use 3-6 of them.
Manufacturers build to the majority. That's about the long and short of it. I have a USB optical drive sitting in a box in my den. I haven't...
Nope, go look at the LTT Video today:
275W sustained on the new i9 CPU. Guess what? Your 5950 is probably pulling just as much if you push it full tilt.
only the floppy drive.
It's got USB 3 on the board, a PCI-E Powered GPU, and more than 10 SATA ports.
IDK Why the floppy is there, it's not even plugged in. (Aesthetics to attract old people who think computers should have them still?)
Nope, Employees matter more to the company than anyone else, for most industries.
It's been proven in study after study. Happy employees who feel valued, properly compensated, and not under threat of constant doom? Are significantly more productive for their employer.
Happy Employees will...
Here's the problem with your argument:
For most users, even ones who look at boards like this, minor changes in mounting will do more to change CPU temps after remounting a HSF than any thermal interface will ever do. And unless you're willing to do 5+ remounts and thermal testing? You won't...
And at this point the shareholder myth needs to die. Employees, Customers, and then shareholders are what should matter, in that order.

Not even slightly:
A Cell Phone is a service I'm going to be paying for no matter what. Giving someone 6-12 months service on something they're GOING to be paying? That's a legitimate service to them.
200 bucks B.Net cash? Ain't in any way, shape or form the same thing.
Yes, because 95% of computer users aren't knowledgeable enough to know what a website notification is, and not think it's a Virus.
Let alone know about cabling and shit.
get more than 3 rads?
