okay crap, i don't have those or can't find them. Guess i'll take a trip to the hardware store tomorrow. The only thing in the package is another set of the long M3 screws but in black
the only fitting screws for the mainboard are far too short, just checked again. Does my case have the wrong threads?
The fitting screws are the ones with the same thread as 2,5" ssd's
Hey Guys, another problem:
the holes for the mainboard have a smaller thread than usual but the Asus P8Z77-i has its own two screws for the extension board on the upside but they don't fit. the fitting screws that came with the case are far too short
866 arrived in germany. thanks guys.
i startet building and mounted a 2,5" hdd ob the inside of the front with 3 of the screws with the rubber things. but there are only 5 (!) of theses screws, so i don't see how i mount my ssd on the outside of the front now as 2 of the screws are not enough...
also, bear in mind that cargo shipping differentiates between feeders and mainliners.
mainliners are doing the intercontinental transit to central hubs and from there, a feeder ship, which only travels intracontinental routes may take the package from e.g. LA to NY if thats the cheaper way to...
hey thanks wahaha, a real nice move.
now that the bounty is set, i'd bet the $40 that the cases arrive exactly Jan 31
that said, i'd love to see the case arriving as soon as possible
You got me wrong, that was not meant to be racist. this is a cultural difference that experienced as well when i was indirectly involved with IT training over there.
They only answer exactly what they were asked and don't offensively mention problems or additional things as western people...
meh...looks like i'll get a cheap prodigy for the waiting time to at least use my new components.
should have been air shipped, for 40 USD extra that we paid
It looks like you reached your goal: Lian Li is collecting feedback for one of their cases before they go into production:

Where have i seen that front panel before... :D
But honestly, they reconfigured their tools the...
Thanks for the update, wahaha :) does 'shipped' mean, they are on the way and the tracking is behind?
i guess i should just stop thinking about the build until the case arrives :D
pa-what? :D but i see, france didn't recieve theirs as well. but it's still weird, that a single package got delivered, instead of a complete batch for the country
what is up with the dispatch to germany? all countries were supplied at once or not yet. but germany: ONE case delivered, the rest is still in taiwan and not even dispatched, while the rest of europe already got their cases? some messing up by the postal office?
do all people who have yet recieved their case have a tracking number on their ncase account? if so, having none would mean that the case is still in taiwan right?
so, i plan to use the h220 and a gpu block, basically the same components as in the water cooling test setup. i will mount a 2.5" on the inside and anotherin place of the optical drive.
my question is, is there enough room to install 2 120mm fans at the case bottom with all the psu cables...
a st45sf-g just arrived, a h220 yesterday. paid 82 and 150 euros. i'd buy a gpu but currently does not seem like a good time, with price breaks from nvidia, unstables prices for the new radeons...gonna wait another month, i guess
