what im seeing is about .5 fps on linux desktop im guessing. That cant be what they consider onboardvideo, can it? Im going to try and get this folding this weekendnreguardless.
I have it up and running, but I'm having issues with the driver disk...seems it doesn't want to do autorun or anything else. Graphics performance of the onboard video is non existant without the drivers...thinking of grabbing a 650ti. I've never used linux before...is this commen?
I've got my 4P board together and have my 212s mounted, and then I got looking at the power connectors. It looks to take a stardard ATX 24pin connector, but it also has 3 (!) 8 pin power connectors side by side. Do I need these for my 4 6128s or will 1 suffice? I have multiple PSUs, 2 750w PSUs...
Those HEs are $320+ shipping vs $120. Would definitly be cheaper to go AX1200 if necessary. :(
I was thinking (or hoping) that 750w was good for no OC on the chips and that the other 750 would do 3 GPUs. EOC PSU calculator seems to think that 3 580s is a hair over 600w and the same goes for 4...

This way I could go 4P plus possibly 3x GPU? I have two good 750W PSUs to power it :). I think I'm going to come over to the [H]orde after almost 10 years at nForcersHQ. The team there is basically dead :(. I...
Thanks for all the replies. I've done the client-type beta change on my CPU but between it and my cpu I'm still at maybe 70K ppd...
I guess I'll hold off until xmas, maybe by then they will know more and I can snag a few boxing day deals! :)
Hi there. I've been folding since ~'04 and I've recently taken an interest in increasing my contribution. With the increase of output that they've given GPU folders, is it still the best move to go 4P? I'm currently on a 670FTW and 3570K @ 4.5 FYI.
If 4P is still the way to go, what can one...
