    I’ve tried the scan/repair, deleting the folder in Documents and reinstalling, resetting my router but nothing seems to work. I’m on a wireless connection so it’s impossible for me to do a direct connection from the modem to PC. I read it’s a wireless issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
