I've been following this thread and watching it for a while. I've also been on the fence about wanting to buy it, but with those pics I'm 300% sold. Great job guys!

Has a full-size DisplayPort and a decent selection of other features. Could put that in an M350 for a really small box that can even VESA mount to the back of the monitor.
It has Gbit LAN and eSATA and all that. You're probably...
Star Wars has 6, soon to be 9 movies, an animated series, a cartoon series, TONs of fan-made videos, endless numbers of comic books, and tons of novels. Not to mention quite a few (at least 20-30) entire video games.
It certainly is not just 6 movies.
I think he meant that he didn't ever want something like that hanging off of his computer, and it looks much cleaner as a permanent slot.
I vote for the slot, also, count me in for one.
Well, there is this, but it's only available in Japan as of now. There were some people who were selling the low profile 6850 from this company on eBay though, so it might be available soon that way.
I don't know where that Finnish review got its information from, but the 600w PSU in the SG08 has always been good, and reliable, from what I gather. No need to replace it.
Could try a real watercooling build with a 670 full cover + cpu block + a thick 120mm rad. It'd even let you keep the optical drive.
But I also do agree that I'd like to see aftermarket air coolers like this from more manufacturers.
16 is the lowered speed that the processor runs when at a lower load, and 34 is when it is under load. These are stock multipliers. When overclocked, the multiplier is unlocked, hence the K, and can go well beyond 34.
I have a friend who is looking to buy a new computer, and I talked him out of buying a premade, and offered my help to build it with him. So, here are the obligatory questions about what he wants it for:
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming...
I'm not him, but these two are the go-to high end Z77 mATX boards currently, with a little over $20 (including shipping) separating them:

Since you're only using...
No, I meant Rapid Start, I thought you had to install the memory sized partition on a Rapid Storage cached drive. If it works on a boot drive, I'll probably buy the Asus and do that.
A 3.5 and a 2.5. Not really sure if I'd be up to ghetto zip-tying it to the PSU, but I might be able to make screw holes in the PSU cover and screw it in that way.
Good to know. By looking at pictures, the Asus's USB3 header is in a better location, but for $50 more, and according to MissJ, very little performance increase, is it really worth it? I'm thinking yes, simply because its not that big of a deal to me, and I like Asus more, lol. Still though, the...
It would be fine, but for $10 more, you might as well get the 450 to future-proof yourself. These PSUs have been known to work at wattages above their rating and are really solid. If you really need to save money, then yes, you'd do fine with the 300w.
