    AMD_Gamer, the L4000 version comes with the middle 3 x 120mm fan bracket. Mine came with 5 x 120mm & 2 x 80mm fans. I removed all of them and got 3 scythe fans as the stock fans were way too loud.

    bastian, you are correct. If you want to setup a mirror for your local datastore, I would buy a cheap raid1 card that is supported by vmware. Perhaps, get one more M1015 and update with the latest non-IT firmware. I would put that card in a PCI-e 4x slot.
