Have you decided which of them you are going to keep? I'm trying to decide between these two monitors but there are no local stores that I can try them out.
Yeah that is true, although I would assume a newer model would be slightly better than the FS2333 and I would personally wait and see what they announce.
Some unboxing pictures and comparison shots between the new Dell U2413 and a Samsung F2380 by an owner on a Chinese forum -

I doubt they'll be a 16:10 replacement for the U3011. I imagine the U2412M, U3011, S24A850DW and ZR2440w will be some of the last 16:10 monitors to be made.
I think IPS models are currently only being manufactured in these sizes -
21.5" (1920 x 1080)
23" (1920 x 1080)
24" (1920 x 1200)
27" (2560 x 1440)
30" (2560 x 1600)
Samsung are releasing another 23" 120HZ 3D monitor in October the S23A700D, it is an alternative to the S23A750D that features a DVI connection instead of the Displayport. A 27" version is supposed to be on the way as well.

The U2412M has double the contrast ratio of the U2410, it lacks a HDMI input and does not have a wide color gamut but I guess it depends if these features are important to you although the extra cost of the U2410 is the price you pay for these.
Here are some pics from a product event showing the new FS2332 next to the older FS2331-
