Go for more/better fans and optimize airflow in and out of the chassis. You have sufficient surface area on your existing rads.

Wait for the warranty to expire before lapping, deliding. You may be better off selling your chip and buying another to bin for lower temps lower voltage and lower temp (Better IHS contact)

I have been there many times! straighten everything out, use wax paper as a mold,use JBWeld and let harden for 24hours. that baby will never bust off again. PS keep the JBWeld away from the hinge joint so it can freely move.
