Maybe it have something to do with the resolution. This Dell screen (which the cable included with for 6 years ago) runs on 1280 x 1024. My new screen runs on 1920 x 1080. But still weird that the VGA cable that came with the Dell screen for 6 years ago does work...

I don't think that I have any way to contact him on. And yes, this is a bought version. It is also happening on the free version. And also sometimes in-game in some games. And also did this happen alot when I had Vista on my computer, and I atemted to watch a video in Windows Media Player.
