    500w no worries I checked. I also wanted to know if this would increase CPU performance since the graphics processing is offloaded to the dedicated card?

    Board is a P7H55-M Pro: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131623 The integrated graphics are quite slow. And the 9600GT is still in the box unused.

    Hi, I've recently purchased an i3 530 as a budget machine which I will OC, and I realised the chip has onboard graphics. Is there any way to disable them on the i3 and use an external card? A friend is selling me a boxed 9600 GT for $50 and I'd prefer to use that. Thanks, JDT
