Innovation Cooling Diamond 7 is pretty good paste. It should never need to be reapplied, and there is only one paste that can beat it, but that paste wears out over time.

Oh yeah. That X2 240 is plenty powerful enough and the board is quality enough to expect some overclocking features from. I'm liking this combo.:D

Have you looked at a bare bones system? There's a couple good ones on the egg.
