    Dell Monitor Goes White Noise Every 15 minutes

    I have a Dell ST2420L and lately, every 15 minutes or so, my screen goes white noise (as in old TV's with no signal white noise). I'm not sure what's going on. I connect it to my AMD Radeon HD 6450 video card via DVI. Has anyone experience such an issue? Any help would be great.
