You can use Delta server fans. 120x38 and pump something crazy like 150CFM. All you'd need is one. And they undervolt great, they don't make any noise even when running way undervolted.

This is wrong. First off the human eye doesn't see in FPS. Secondly, the human can actually distinguish objects at 1/220th of a second. So if you were to translate that to FPS, that'd be 220FPS. Give this a read, you may find it enlightening.
