I have an Arris DG1670 cable modem and a Netgear WNDR4500 router that is bridged through the modem. My PC is hard wired and I obtain 300 down and 30 up. Whether I have the PS4 or XB1 hard wired or wireless, I only receive 30 down and 3 up. Why is this?

yea, the P/S has been going quite well honestly. I may hold on to it a bit longer, cash is tight. Saints row 3, no matter what setting I use, turning off HDR etc, it just runs poorly. Apparently an AMD driver issues according to Volition but I dunno...
