I recently bought the soundblasterZX. Like it a lot for gaming. Quesiton is, I have surround enabled in the SBX software and raised to a certain level, but my logitech G5500 speakers also have a surround setting and raised to a set level. Is having both set to surround making things worse...
Hey all, huge gamer here... I currently own a Asus maximus gene z IV MB and I have been using the onboard sound for a long time now along with Logitech Z5500 5.1 speakers. My question is, would installing a dedicated sound card be any better? If so, which do you recommend for around $100 or...
I have Logitech 5.1 speakers installed. I recently installed Realtek Hi Def Audio Driver 2.75. After installing this driver.I observed that my speaker system was reduced from a 5.1 system to a 3.1 system when using the 5.1 option. I tried adjusting different settings in the Audio Manager...
I have an Arris DG1670 cable modem and a Netgear WNDR4500 router that is bridged through the modem.
My PC is hard wired and I obtain 300 down and 30 up. Whether I have the PS4 or XB1 hard wired or wireless, I only receive 30 down and 3 up. Why is this?
thanks for the reply!
I guess the hardest decision for me is that things DO look damn good on the LG I have. It even has 2ms response time. The other hard decision is coming from a 42" down to say a 24".
I'm trying to justify if the 120Hz is well worth it
I currently have a 42" LG TV/Pc display (LG-42LD520) which in all honesty I believe looks good and plays fps and other games quite well. No motion blur, lag etc.
Here's the thing... I am interested in a 24-27" gaming monitor, such as the BenQ XL2411Z.
A few questions...
1. Apparently you need...

ordered a new MB and other various parts. 2 questions:
1: should I plug my mouse and keyboard in the USB 3 or USB 2 slots? does it matter?
2: I have a black WD HD. Should I plug it in the SATA 3Gb/s or SATA 6Gb/s? Does it specify on the HD itself which speed it's capable of?
yea, the P/S has been going quite well honestly. I may hold on to it a bit longer, cash is tight.
Saints row 3, no matter what setting I use, turning off HDR etc, it just runs poorly. Apparently an AMD driver issues according to Volition but I dunno...
