Here is one list I've done for another person which as a similar requirement as yours. Check it out.
EDIT: The list has changed. Seeing that you will be running a multi-monitor setup and you are reusing parts. Take a look at it again.
If you don't do DC projects (which puts 100% load on your GPUs and/or CPUs 24/7), or extreme benching, it will be fine.
Just watch out for the cooling for the PSU.
Athlon II X4 630 - $95.99. My friend, today is more than half way through the 2010. Building a gaming computer without a hardcore is somewhat laughable. Shell out 15 bucks and a quad. You will like it.
Mushkin Silverline DDR1333 4GB $79.99 - Don't understand why memory prices are bitchin...
Phenom II X6 1055t - $197.99 Six core and overclocks well. This thing can last you for a long time.
ASROCK 890FX DELUXE3 - $149.99 Very nice 890FX board for the money, it has 3 16x slots which will give you lots of graphics potential. It had also received a lot of favorable reviews, too...

Danny's build a pretty much a perfect one for the money, however I think the PSU and case is pretty much of an overkill.
Antec VSK-2000 - $49.99
Antec EarthWatts 380W - #39.99 The PSU will be able to handle your rig without breaking a sweat, especially with its 80PLUS BRONZE rating, this thing...
By the way, don't get that GTX470, especially with the stock cooler. That thing is an oven.
Get the MSI GTX470 Twin Frozr - $319.99 after REBATE. Will clock like crazy if you overvolt it, and it has the best cooler out of the box you can ask on a GTX470. Also, it is factory overclcoked.
If...
For the price right now, don't get the H70. Also, the H50 isn't that much better when talking about price/performance.
If you are looking for the best performance out of the box, get the Thermaltake Frio for $59.98. With two high-cfm fans included, this thing beats most of today's...
According to my list above, it totals as $1232. Leaves you about 200 bucks for a power supply.
Here I will give you a best one that suits your needs.
Corsair AX750 - $149.99 after rebate. Best power supply for the money right now, and don't forget that this is a 80PLUS GOLD rated power...
I agree, go with the build I gave to you. There are way, WAY more upgradability on a LGA1366 rather than a 1156. More PCI-ex lanes, memory slots, and of course, you can always upgrade to those 6-core monsters.
MSI X58 Pro-E -$189.99
More x16 lanes are always good, especially if your computer is a rendering rig. This board supports tri-SLI, so you can upgrade if needed.
CM690II Basic - $69.99
Very nice case, extreme cooling and good looking. I have one also and I love it. :)
i7 930. - $284.99

I will help you get some bang for the buck, and also save some money.
Core i7-930 - $284.99 Not much difference, but it saves you 15 dollars. I bet it will clock just as well.
Gigabyte X58-UD3R - $210 Tri SLI supported, and will OC your 930 way better than your ASUS.
Patriot 6GB...
Dude, i am a little bit skeptical about open box deals since the packaging kinda sucks.
One little bent on the pin and the mobo is done, I advice you to take on the BRAND NEW route since it is only $189.99 after promo code, and free shipping. So it is only about $20 more.
TOSHIBA Satellite L655D-S5076 - $599.99 from $750 on Newegg. It's a hell of a deal considering the quad core that it has.
Also, get the Scythe Mugen 2 for $40 bucks so that you can finally overclock your rig, you will get a LOTT more out of your PC.
No, for that budget do NOT get LGA1156. No offense but you made a bad choice on the CPU.
i7 930 - $284.99
Gigabyte X58-UD3R, can even support 3-way SLI. $189.99 with a 10% promo code
Corsair 6GB - $129.99
$603. With a better mobo and LGA1366.
If you want you can go a little bit cheaper on...
Just stumbled upon the HEC 1080W on Newegg. Can't say that this is the best brand, but for $79.99 I think this is hell of a deal.
Don't forget to add the promo code "PSU92X4", or else you won't have the discount.
Here is the K701 going for $259.99 on Amazon, I've heard that they are basically the same as the K702, aside from the color of course.
It is a LOT cheaper than the K702 for some reason, and that price gap allows you to invest on a nice amp.
If you want some super-comfy cans, here is also a...
Then how about the FT02?
If you really want to choose between the two, you should get the Lian Li. The Corsair REALLY is a water-cooling type case. Many users who throws air-cooling system in the 800/700D systems have trouble keeping them cool.
Newegg is cheaper for the NZXT cables, but shipping is a pain. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=40000001&Description=nzxt&name=Cables
Performance-PCs sleeving sucks, they are extremely low quality, and it also costs an arm and a leg.
