When using a 3.5HDD and a 92mm fan on the case floor are their positions switchable? Looking at the pictures I'm thinking probably not.

Good to see more itx boards coming out with full 16 x pcie slots. No WiFi on the AOpen one though and it is limited to 4Gb of RAM. However it does have more SATA connectors and I like the positioning of the power connector. I wanna go itx but I'm holding out for i5 itx. Am I dreaming?!
