I've read so much about 16:9 vs 16:10 (which I use now on a Samsung 26" T260 1920X1200 TN panel) that I've confused myself on what I should do.
I definitely want to move to a dual IPS setup (24-27 inch), non-movie watcher, mostly desktop productivity use, working with photos, internet...

Multitasking = simultaneous heavy Microsoft Office, multiple browsers, various proprietary software, some gaming, occasional photoshop, etc.

I do, and the units you recommended previously give no indication of actual protection, other than in joules (meaningless), which makes them as reliable as a power strip. I like the Belkin PF60, though there are many capable units out there.

I guess I should have clarified that a pc will be connected to the lcd in the same room. Wouldn't it be better/cleaner look to buy a tuner card, install it in the pc, and connect the lcd to my card?
Or, do you have some experience with the product you referenced?
