Can anyone anticipate price drops on this monitor based on Dell's history? I am very close to buying it, and my current monitor is slowly breaking more and more, so i don't know how much longer I can hold out. But I don't want to buy and then see it go down by $200 in a few weeks. Thanks

What is a 2409? Do you mean 2408 or 2709?

I was about to pull the trigger on a 2408WFP, but then I realized this is only 20 bucks more. Anyone have any reason why I shouldn't go with this 27" instead? Or does anyone know how I could get the 2408 for cheaper? Thanks

Sounds like the BenQ is the way to go, one more thing though, does it have 1:1 pixel mapping?
