well, i ordered a 7850 today as one of my 5850's bit the dust last night hope i will be happy with the choice

fyi, new bios out Version 1703. flashed no problems so far

New bios out for the CH V Formula version # 1605. Flashed it and so far no problems

Well, flashed this bios to my board and it seems to have fixed the slow boot issues when connected to usb 3.0 ports

here is how i used to do it very simple and it works create a file, i called mine setup95.txt to your harddrive contents of the text file are [Setup] ccp=0 copy that file to your harddrive and point windows 98 setup to that file e.g. setup c:\setup95.txt. works every time

okay izzy, 1680 x 1050 works without having to change refresh rate, and so does 1280 x 768, but for some reason 1440 x 900 it doesn't. I have to drop the refresh rate down for it to work, anyway thanks for your help its workin' now, go figure
