Have you tried tucking the left and right monitors slightly behind the center monitor to reduce the bezel? That's my only gripe.

Turn the second monitor off (or disable it - Right-click desktop -> Screen Resolution -> Right-Click the monitor you want off -> Disable). If CSS launches fine, than it was a driver issue with the second monitor. If it doesn't, than its not the monitor.

Is there an automated way to disable the second attached monitor whenever the first monitor goes into fullscreen mode with an ATI video card (HD 4870)? I have a few games that don't like my second monitor being attached and this would be better than having to always disable my second monitor.
