I'd say if you're not to picky about tinting issues or any others for that matter, I'd say get it.
I used to have the A00 w/ dithering and did not like it even getting another one. In the end, Dell the dropped the ball so I ended up returning both. But now, they seem to have been getting...
Called the stores to see if they could sell it early. Mentioned the email from corporate. They said they havent gotten anything and could not sell it until Sunday. Called 2 nearby ATT stores.
I was bout to buy it last week with those hard drive deals, worked on this model as well. Anyways, I decided not to buy it due to higher densities coming out soon (I think). Plus the 6Gb/s doesnt really help this drive. The only reason to buy this drive is for its 2 platter, 500gb per platter...
I am contemplating on whether or not to give the U2410 another try. I tried it back in December and ended up getting an A00 version. Got a replacement, it was still A00. So at one point I had 2 monitors and both were crap. I'm not sure if I want to give this another go for the fact that I dont...
Since the U2711 is not on sale it works from its regular price. However since the U2410 is on sale, it will add $100 ($600 regular price) then the coupons will take effect.
However, if somehow the $100 was not added, it would make a sweeter deal.
I recently RMAed my PSU and I got this in return. Its a great PSU but I got another one in the down time to replace it. I now have a Corsair and I no longer need this RMAed PSU. The only thing that is wrong with it is a bent corner either from the factory or damages via shipping.
Cooler Master...
Did they charge you every time for the monitor?
Also, did they ever send a return label for the monitor that is supposed to be sent back?
This is bullshit.
Turns out this guy lied to me. I got the other monitor in today (have both them on me) and apparently the new fixed one I got looks like its been used. There were scratches on the vga cable and on the back of the monitor so I know its a second hand. I wouldnt have minded it if the panel was...
There you guys go.
I noticed that under that sticker was another old sticker they covered up. I couldnt really make it out but I my initially thoughts were that covered the old one after rechecking or fixing the A00 problems. I guess not since I had dithering issues.
As for the youtube video...
Well, I just got off with a great representative from dell. Pretty much he guaranteed me that I will get the new revision. He looked through the system and found out these new batches are in stock and will ship me one. Only drawback is that he is charging me the retail price with tax and what...
Just opened this bad boy up. First impressions. ITS HUGE. :D:D
Checked out the dithering problem and I have it. It will be sent back to Dell for an exchange. Mine was made in Mexico as well, with a November assembly date.
Here is a youtube video I made showing my the dithering problem...
Check out the latest post from Chris M.
"Is it possible to exchange my current monitor for a A01 revised U2410 monitor?
* Not at this time. My advice is return it and repurchase when I have a date of the A01."

DAMN IT. I got my monitor in today and it is a A00. I am scared to open it up to find if there are any problems. I wish they sent me a A01.
I'm highly consider reselling this since it is not a A01. What would you guys do?
Damn, I get my U2410 today!!!!! :D:D I cant wait. Pictures will follow to see if it is an A01. If not, I'm going to try to find something wrong with so I can get a replacement which will hopefully led me to atleast a monitor with the fixed firmware or A01.
I stand corrected. Some places outside the US, the warranty does not apply. Just contact dell, give them your service tag and see what they say. Sucks that people outside the US have to do this.
Well, I found out that dell's ebay storefront may have old inventory. However, someone asked on the second page that it says it ships directly from the dell factory. Chris M hasnt answered that yet.........so who knows
All information found here...
More information on warranty and other things here.

It shouldnt matter if you bought it from someone else. The monitor still has a 3 year warranty no matter where you got it from. All you would need is a proof of purchase and I think you may need to fill out a form. Let me try to find it. But other than that, it should be all good and dandy...
I just ordered one yesterday with the dell clearance storeon ebay and with 20% bing cashback (instant for me :D). Dell automatically recognized that it was me and it went straight into my dell account that I usually use. I dont know how that works, can someone give me an insight? I guess its by...
It on Dell's ebay storefront. Brand new, not used or anything like that. Comes out to $450 w/ Bing cashback.
