Pentax is a good brand in photography. Their dSLR's are widely considered one of the best values and have great performance/features for the price. I would assume their lower models would be pretty good too. Check out some reviews/forums on www.dpreview.com and I'm sure they have more samples of...
A couple of options for watching movies. You can put movies on an external hd/internal for eee 900 which has some space either 16gb or 12gb of storage or you could get a external dvd drive which can be very slim/cheap. As for speakers all laptop speakers are awful in terms of SQ thats why we...
I have been looking for a laptop too for this summer and I've decided to go with the EEE 900. It really is a great revision of the previous model. The only flaw I could see is the battery which might be a problem, but you can get an extended battery. For me I can't wait until they start to sell...
I sold Prentice a mouse back in November and he asked for me to ship first and I decided to do so because he seemed like a legit guy and I only had very low heat back then. He agreed to paypal me the money after he received it and confirmed the condition. He notified me that he received it and...
Thank you very much for all your help. I think I have a better understanding of the differences between the D40 and D80. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the D80 because it will give me a lot of room to grow into and I might be able to gain the money back with older lenses in the future...
Hey guys,
I have been wanting to get into the digital SLR scene and was looking for my first SLR. I have read up on reviews and I think that I have narrowed it down to the D40 and the D80. I was just wondering on which camera would be the better investment. I am fairly new to digital slr, but I...
 Wow this is funny cause I was just actually wondering the same thing and it would be hooked up to a Vizio 37', 360, Ipod and computer for me. Looks like we have the same setup, they say great minds think alike ;).
I have a deathadder and a qck+ and have had no problems with tracking on it. The one thing I should warn you about is that with the qck+ it seems to have a little higher lift off distance (http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=1334185) but tracking has not been an issue for me at all.
I use a Razer deathadder and it is the best gaming mouse that I've ever used! I've tried the g7 and I actually liked it a lot, but I was tired of changing batteries so much. I switched to the deathadder and I have no complaints. The perfect mouse for me. Thats the thing though you really need to...
I don't think razer has actually released it for sale yet, but that buy.com price is awesome. I think I'm going to jump on that once they have it in stock. The thing that made me shy away from the G15 was the bulkiness and looks. I feel like that lcd would be pretty helpful though especially...
I actually have a hp notebook and have not had a problem with the build quality. I will admit that it is probably not as sturdy as a thinkpad would be, but for me it looks much better and is cheaper. Thats why I ended up getting a hp. Another option might be a Sony. I believe the CR series is...
I was going to buy the tarantula, but I ended up not getting it because it didn't have a full backlight. I actually like the laptop keyboard feel also so that should be nice. I'm also glad that they decided to lower the price a little. Its supposed to come out at 79.99 which is still high, but...
One of the best all around mouse is the MX Revolution. It is very good for pretty much all applications and seems to fit your needs. Its $79.99 from newegg.
Hope that helps!
This has been covered many times before in this forum, but if you want a "gaming" headset I would say don't. Get a good pair of headphones instead and maybe the zalman clip mic or a desk mic. If you have the money ATH-900 are supposed to be very good. As for speakers the Klipsch Promedia...
