Happened to me with my 1950 XTX a year ago.. video card just faulted out on me over time the fan worked and everything. Thankfully my ASUS mobo gave me the right beeps and I had my problem diagnosed in minutes.

I forgot to mention that I dropped my old 5000+ back in and it booted perfectly fine with my GTX 285, and in WoW and CS:S I haven't seen any performance increase since I guess my processor is bottlenecking me bad. Had this problem with a 1950 XTX occasionally and it took tons of reboots. Was told that switching RAM sticks and such would fix it but never did the trick. If it weren't OCZ memory I'd say borrow some RAM from someone to test it

It'd probably take a while to find since integrated isn't really sold in stores unless it's on a mobo, but it might not have been something that switched since they started at 100 with the 9400GT

I haven't received any cashback and I think it's because I added on a Phenom 9850. But I guess when I get my response from Live I'll know if that's what killed my cashback.

As long as it's in the same window as the one that was loaded when you went thru the cashback site, TD will contact microsoft to give you your cashback. It worked for me so I guess that's proof it works :P
